Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Mexico City Reforma, enjoying the comfortable room and impressive location. However, there were a couple of service issues, particularly around the pool area that left something to be desired. It's a great hotel for exploring the vibrant culture of Mexico City, but I encountered some minor inconveniences during my visit.

Rooms
6.0
My Executive Double Room was large and comfortable, equipped with a good air conditioning system and an effective shower. However, there was a slightly unpleasant smell of mold in our upgraded suite on the 18th floor that affected my overall experience.
Service
6.0
While most staff were courteous, I had a frustrating experience when I couldn't access my room without my passport. A little compassion during that situation would have gone a long way. The concierge and breakfast gentleman were exceptions, providing excellent service throughout my visit.
Location
9.0
I loved the location. right in the heart of the city, close to cultural hotspots and historical sites. It felt safe walking around, with noticeable police presence and a lovely park across the street.
Dining

The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of fresh options and lovely baked goods to start my day. I also enjoyed dinner at El Cardenal Restaurant, which was a highlight of my stay. The atmosphere and service there were simply great.

The gym is well-equipped, but my experience by the pool was disappointing due to inattentive service and the location being mostly shaded. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the other amenities offered, including room service and the cozy bar.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma. The location is fantastic, right across from Alameda Park and within walking distance to the Zocalo. The service, especially in the executive lounge, was excellent, though I faced a few hiccups with room comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with room for improvement.

My King Junior Suite had stunning views of the park and Mexico City, but the furnishings were beginning to show signs of wear. While the room was spacious and generally clean, the bed could be more comfortable, and I found the pillows quite mushy.
Service
8.0
The concierge and doormen were particularly helpful throughout my stay. However, the front desk staff wasn't as accommodating, which was disappointing. The staff in the executive lounge were a standout and made my mornings much brighter.
Location

I loved the location—just steps away from the park and a short walk to the historic center. It offered a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it perfect for exploring cultural attractions.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed breakfast in the executive lounge, which had a good mix of hot and cold items. Room service was also quite good, especially when I needed something quick while feeling under the weather. However, my experience at La Terrazas restaurant was far from enjoyable due to slow service.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has a nice array of facilities. The executive lounge was a highlight with great snacks and happy hour drinks. However, I was disappointed that the rooftop pool was closed for a private event during my stay, as I had specifically chosen this hotel for that amenity.

My stay at Hilton Mexico City Reforma was a mix of great comforts and a few notable issues. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from cultural landmarks. The room was nice and spacious, but I experienced some hiccups with housekeeping. Overall, I enjoyed my visit but left slightly disappointed in the service aspect.

Rooms

My room in the Business King Suite was lovely and spacious, though I did encounter some issues like a tub that wouldn't drain. Despite that, the beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the decor throughout the room.
Service

The service was generally attentive, but I had a frustrating experience on checkout day when housekeeping was cleaning my room without notice. This unexpected intrusion left a sour impression, and the front desk didn't seem to address my concerns effectively.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Palacio de Bellas Artes. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the bustling city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was one of the best I'd experienced in Mexico. The dining options throughout the hotel were high quality and provided a great view of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Mexico City Reforma. The location is fantastic, right across from Parque Alameda and close to many cultural sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though I did feel a bit unrecognized as a returning guest. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but a few minor details could be improved.

Rooms

Service

The staff was kind and efficient. I had a seamless check-in experience, and they were very helpful throughout my stay. However, it would have been nice to feel more acknowledged as a return guest, as no one welcomed me back.
Location

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to major attractions like the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zócalo. I loved being so close to local restaurants and street food options, which made exploring the area convenient.
Dining

I enjoyed breakfast in the executive lounge, where the spread included delicious pastries and fresh fruit. Dining at El Cardenal was also a highlight, with a fantastic view of the city from the top floor, although I did have to search for bowls and spoons initially.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel boasts lovely facilities, including a health club with new machines and a well-kept spa area. My experience at the rooftop pool was less than ideal due to a private event, so I wasn't able to use it as planned, which was disappointing.
